Job description:
Portraits By Christopher is a boutique fine-art portrait studio specializing in emotionally driven dog and family portraits. We are seeking a polished, confident sales professional for a rare in-studio opportunity with a luxury creative brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative, relationship-based sales — not high-pressure tactics.
Total Package
- $28–$32/hour base pay
- + 6% commission on personal sales
- 20–30 hours per week to start
- All clients are pre-qualified
- No cold calling
- No lead chasing
- No high-pressure sales environment
Top performers earn $75,000–$90,000+ annually working part-time hours.
In This Role You Will:
- Present finished portrait artwork to clients during in-studio sales sessions
- Guide clients through artwork selections with clarity and confidence
- Provide exceptional client service with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in orders and documentation
- Work closely with the photographer and studio owner to deliver a refined client experience
- Represent the brand with poise, discretion, and strong judgment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, hospitality, or client experience roles
- Comfort discussing pricing and guiding purchase decisions
- A calm, steady presence with clients
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional appearance and communication style
